• Maintain and update your account information

• Vibes+: £2.49/month - Includes all Lucky Vibes features plus power numbers and manifestation tools
• Ultra Vibes: £3.49/month - Complete cosmic experience with personalized rituals and spiritual guidance
• Weekly Star Sign Horoscope: £4.49/month - Personalized weekly horoscope delivered every Monday

Billing and Payment

• All subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

First-Time User Discount

• New users are eligible for a 25% discount on their first premium service purchase
• This discount applies to both one-time services and the first month of subscriptions
• The discount can only be used once per user account
• Discount eligibility is automatically determined at checkout

Referral Programme

• Users can share their unique referral code with friends
• When a referred friend subscribes, both the referrer and the new subscriber receive 1 free month
• Free months are applied to the user's subscription automatically
• Self-referrals are not permitted and will not be honoured
• Each user may only be referred once

Free Trial and Cancellation

• Lucky Vibes tier includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers
• Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard
• Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing period

Refund Policy

• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscriptions
• Refunds are processed automatically through Stripe within 5-10 business days
• Maximum of 2 refunds per year per customer to prevent abuse
• One-time purchases (AI Dream Interpretation, AI Numerology Deep Dive) are non-refundable after content delivery

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and methodologies, are owned by N°VibeCode™ and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, N°VIBECODE™ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or errors
• Decisions made based on our readings or advice

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including:

• Extended periods of inactivity

11. Governing Law
